Meet

Heidi Uskaure

Hi! Lovely to meet you, stranger. I am a 34-year-old business owner from Finland. I am currently living alone with my daughter and two dogs. My dream is to travel in a converted van around the world for few years before settling in the UK. My plan is to switch Finland to England in ten years or so.

Recently I have been described as an efficient human being and deep-end diver. It appears I have 36 hours a day, and I always tell my story to others to the point I have processed it. I have always felt like a black sheep in my family; I always did things differently. I still do.

Don't miss a single post. ❤︎

My

Story

Studying business coaching taught me a lot about growth, and ever since, change is what I inhale. I have become so tired of my excuses that I have turned into well-oiled machine of discipline.

I have overthought my past and future, and I have only recently discovered what it is to be content with myself. I love to talk to strangers and hear their stories. I want to help businesses and people become powerful and kind.

Jobs I have done over the years:

  • Graphic Designer
  • Web Designer
  • Social Media Manager
  • Freelancer
  • Offset Print Technician
  • Chef
  • Bartender
  • Burger Joint Employee
  • Service Manager
  • Business Owner
  • Project Coordinator in Creative Agency
  • Art Director in Creative Agency
  • Assembly Employee
  • Business Coaching
  • Executive Tasks
  • Networker (this is what seems to give me the most energy)
  • Writer Hungry (currently writing my first book)
  • Kindness Hungry (if I were to be remembered for something, I would want to be remembered for teaching a thing or two about kindness)
When life sucks you under, you can kick against the bottom, break the surface, and breathe again. You choose. It is the hard days—the times that challenge you to your very core—that will determine who you are. You will be defined not just by what you achieve, but by how you survive.”

COO of Meta and bestselling author

You have the capability to correctly steer their respective ships in times of great turmoil—whether short storms, or choppy seas, because you lead with an open heart, embrace change and lean into the discomfort or surrender into knowing and trusting that the season of life shall pass.
