Meet

Heidi Uskaure

Hey there, I’m Heidi! Ever since summer 2022, I’ve been scribbling down my thoughts on paper. Going through a challenging time in my life led me to explore something new, and it dawned on me that I wanted to pursue writing in some form. Words do flow here. Although I’m still figuring out my writing style, I deeply love poetry, prose, journaling, and writing articles about curiosity, self-reflection, personal growth, and kindness.

I started this blog to kickstart my writing journey and have something to share with the people I meet and the stories I come across. It’s my outlet to connect with others through words and to capture the beauty of those fleeting moments.

Don't miss a single post. ❤︎

My

Story

We all have experiences that shape our individuality. Despite the struggles, life moves on with or without you, irrespective of our conscious acknowledgement of this truth.

I can’t say the lifestyle I want to live is according to societal norms. The challenges I have faced have charted the trajectory of my unique journey. My aspiration encompasses a captivating voyage across diverse cultures, wonders, and invaluable treasures in the form of a home-transformed van.

The idea of connecting with people from diverse cultures fascinates me. As someone who listens attentively, I find great joy in hearing people’s stories and capturing these meaningful encounters through my writings, both in person and here on my blog, to share with others.

When life sucks you under, you can kick against the bottom, break the surface, and breathe again. You choose. It is the hard days—the times that challenge you to your very core—that will determine who you are. You will be defined not just by what you achieve, but by how you survive.”
